· We will deliver your order in 3-4 days when order products are all in stock. Products when not in stock, have a handling time of 2-3 days. Please confirm with us prior to your purchase for an accurate ETA time.

Note: These costs are based on packages up to 10 lbs. For high volume orders, please contact us for a quote. Add $8 per carton , when order contains motor.
Changes and return Policy :
The item can be returned under the following conditions:
1) There is found quality problem after opening the package.
2) The item is different from the order list.
3) There is obviously design flaw on the product.
4) The item is irreparably damaged during transportation.
5) Products can not be used because of design flaw.
Note:
Printheads: Due to all the factors involved during the installation process of any Printhead , We do not accept return of printhead. We will email your printhead photos for confirmation before shipment.
Returned items are regarded as invalid under the following conditions:
1) The item still works even though there’s damage during transportation.
2) No claim is made up to 14 days after the customer has received the products.
3) The item is returned because of different color or packaging which has no effect to the product.
4) The returned item does not meet the conditions.
Note:

2) The returned item will only be exchanged with a same style item; If such item is out of stock, it is acceptable to exchange with other item from our website but in same value.

Warranty:
For the items other than consumable products sold via www.yuten-digiprinter.com, we provide 6 months warranty after shipment. All the extra parts for equipment can be purchased from www.yuten-digiprinter.com. Further, for our VIP customers, the period of warranty shall be extended to 12 months.
About Refunds:
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase, sometimes maybe refunded as points to your account.
Please kindly notice if it is because of customers reasons, we will not approve the refunds.
The claim must be made within 14 days after the customer has received the products.
